Hydrotech is a trade-only company who deal with customers through our
dealers; However, we are committed to allowing all customers access to the best quality work and equipment available. As a result, there are several ways that you can get your suit to us for repair.
Via a Dealer
This is our preferred way of getting your suit to us. Please see our
Dealer List to find the closest to you. You don't need to do anything, just drop your equipment in to them and they'll do the rest.
The
dealer will liase with us on your behalf to arrange the suit repair in the quickest and best way possible.
Direct via post
If a
Dealer is not available in your region or you are having difficulties with shops in your local area, we will deal direct in special circumstances.
To arrange to send your suit to us directly, please follow the steps below:
- Firstly, please Contact Us so that we can arrange to receive your equipment.
- Once we have agreed to receive your suit, please package it up including a note explaining the repairs required, a return address and contact number.
- Download our address label, sticking it clearly onto your packaging and send it to us.
- We will liase with you throughout the repair process and ensure that you are kept well informed of your suits progress, however you can track your suits progress through the repair process using our Suit Repair Tracking System.
- We can arrange for you to collect your suit directly, or will post it back to you ready for many more enjoyable dives.
Direct to our door
If a

- Firstly, please Contact Us so that we can arrange to receieve your equipment.
- Once we have agreed to receive your suit, please come and see us. Our address and opening hours can be found on our contact page.
- We will liase with you throughout the repair process and ensure that you are kept well informed of your suits progress, however you can track your suits progress through the repair process using our Suit Repair Tracking System.
- We can arrange for you to collect your suit again directly, or will post it back to you ready for many more enjoyable dives.
